Hi Mommi fans!
My name is Maria and I live in Vero Beach, FL. Mommi Team Ambassador Dawn, reached out to me earlier this year when she was looking for Moms who were into fitness. She sent me a few samples of Mommi 3-in-1 prenatal protein shake and I was hooked! I am a fitness nutrition specialist and a personal trainer and most recently I gave birth to baby number 2, Greysen.

Now I have a toddler and an infant, so I am relying on the support of my clients and Vero Beach mommies to help me keep motivated. I love working out and training with other moms.
July is fitness month here at Mommi and I have decided to photograph and document my postpartum recovery/slim down. I started 3 weeks postpartum. I could not do a full workout yet, but I was able to walk, do some lifts and squats with the baby, and do a bit of abs every day. It is also great to note that I started each morning with a fruit, veggie and almond butter Mommi protein shake. I then move on and have a lighter fruit version in the afternoon. So far so good.

Update:
In this section I am now 26 day postpartum. As you can see my abdominal area still resembles rolled out pizza dough, but that is definitely an improvement from looking like a bucket of beige Play Dough 2 weeks prior.
